Gary Null’s 15 Power Foods

I’m currently reading Gary Null’s Power Foods and I think I got the main point of the book after reading just a chapter or so. I have here the 15 most powerful foods that will help you to be healthy, according to Gary Null.

Almonds, Oranges, Bananas, Blueberries, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Legumes, Carrots, Peppers, Shitake Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Leafy Greens, Soy, Whole Grains

That’s it. There are no meats, dairies, Starbucks lattes. Just these 15. I regularly eat bananas and use onions, garlic, ginger, peppers in my dishes. What I need to do more is to integrate almonds and some of the other power foods. Now, these all need to be organic and Null.
